You will be able to give these building plans to your builder for accurate quotations for your house extension, loft conversion or internal alterations. Your builder can also build from these building plans.
We then submit these building plans to your Council for you for Planning and Building Regulation approvals.
When Planning and Building Control approve your building plans your chosen builder can start building work.
